Passionate about art since childhood Suzy Almblade tried all kinds of ways to draw and paint. It wasn't until a university trip to Italy in 2010 that she discovered the joys of watercolor and has been painting with it ever since. Fourteen years of dedicated practice with watercolor has led her to become a full-time artist whose brush finds a delicate balance of colorful details and giving the water the freedom to play with the pigments. Suzy enjoys painting landscapes and wildlife from her home studio in Payson. She's a member of the Rim Country Artists and is a artist at the Celebration of Fine Art since 2022.
