This has been a popular print of mine. Original is 24 x 36 inches oil on canvas and is inspired by the popular film. My rendition of the famous opening scene of the movie includes many of the main characters of the story: George and Mary Bailey (center-stage), Uncle Billy, Violet, Ernie the taxi cab driver, Bert the cop and even Harry Bailey featured in the newspaper on the park bench.
About the Artist
Lorne F. Dey
I have been painting and creating art almost my entire life. For many years my paintings hung and sold in galleries in SoCal. I currently reside in Colorado. Because my most popular paintings typically take approximately 200 or more hours to create, I began selling limited edition giclee prints to make them more affordable. That is my aim here at ArtPal as well.
